How to Create This Collection / Carousel Format on X?

I’m trying to create a post format on X similar to this example in the screenshot. The post is already live, and each image appears to have its own separate URL or destination link.

I’ve also seen other pages create smaller image collections (like 6 images) that display as a slider/carousel with arrows to scroll left and right.

I want to understand:

How can I create the same format?

Is this done directly on X or through another tool/platform?

How do they make each image clickable with a different URL?

How do they create the sliding carousel effect with arrows?

If anyone has experience with this format or knows the workflow/tools used, I’d really appreciate the help.

Hey everyone,

I’m incredibly frustrated and hope someone here has seen this issue and found a workaround. I've been stuck on this problem for about 15 days now, and it's completely stalling my account.

The Issue:

I am getting a persistent "Delivery Error" message at the ad level. The warning explicitly says: "Ad needs review: It may take up to 5-7 business days to resolve." The Behavior (The Loop):

Whenever I try to manually turn the ad ON, this happens:

The status changes to "Processing."

Within minutes (sometimes almost instantly), it turns itself back OFF.

The exact same "Ad needs review (5-7 days)" error returns.

Timeline & Attempted Solutions (None of this worked):

Waiting: The error says 5-7 business days. I left it completely alone for 10 days with no adjustments to see if the "manual review" would finish on its own. It didn't.

Contacting Support: I connected with Meta Support multiple times and escalated it to other Meta support teams. They were completely unhelpful and eventually just closed my cases without actually solving the problem. They provided no explanation for why it's happening or why it's stuck.

Troubleshooting at Campaign/Set Level: I have tried changing the budget (increasing and decreasing). I have also tried changing the primary campaign objective entirely. The error persists.

Content Changes: I have changed a lot of things within the ad itself, and it still hits this error every time.

It seems my account is stuck in some weird automated review feedback loop.

My Questions for the Community:

Has anyone experienced this specific "5-7 day" error loop where the ad continuously switches itself back to 'Off' after manual activation?

If Meta Support has closed the case, what is the next step? Is there a way to force a re-review that actually works?

What is the best way to bypass this? Should I just duplicate the entire Campaign/Ad Set structure and hope that "un-sticks" whatever flag is on this ad?

Any advice, workarounds, or hacks would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
