troubles with second eufyCam 2C
Hello,
we have bought set of 2x 2C cameras with Homebase 2 and Solar panels a around year ago.
First cam was installed back then and works since then perfectly fine.
Homebase itself is connected via Ethernet.
Now, a week ago I've installed second cam, it worked couple days perfectly fine then it went offline. Battery is full. Tried to remove and reconect again, it works until I take camera about 2-3 meter away from Home Base despite having no walls in between, connection gets bad (despite showing full signal strengh) and then camera goes offline, with no ability to reconnect. Starts working again if I reconnect anew.
First camera is several walls away from the base, with worse connection but still works.
I have no idea how to make it work, especially because it worked in the beginning, did I miss something or is the cam bricked?
Edit: After support contact ( which was awful experience) and exchange to new camera, which instantly worked ...for couple weeks we are back to same problem as before.
Second camera went yesterday offline. Nothing was changed, nothing was moved. First cam still works perfectly.
Rebooting of all devices didnt work.
Deleting and reconnecting works briefly, until camera moved couple meters away, then camera goes offline again.
Got once error that camera is too near to Homebase at around 2 meters.
Ethernet/WLAN doesnt matter.
Anyone? Help?
