Possible theory

I've written several posts, and I've told my story several times. In short, several bouts of "supposed" epididymitis, with chronic pelvic pain for over two years. I've had all sorts of tests done, and none of them have revealed anything. The only thing they found was a herniated disc at L1, when they did an MRI of my back because I was experiencing pain. The pelvic floor physiotherapist told me she didn't suspect the pudendal nerve as much. My question is, could this be pelvic congestion? I've read that this condition is not detected by traditional urological ultrasounds. While the most common symptom in men is varicocele, But I've read that it doesn't necessarily have to be present and that it can be present without visible signs. Does anyone know anything about this? I know that to detect it, a special test must be done with the vascular surgery department.I would appreciate any information.

Desperate

I've written in other forums, such as the one for chronic epididymitis. The story begins with acute epididymitis that started 3 years ago; up until that point, I had not had any sexual contact. I think the trigger was during masturbation, as I felt a sharp pain in my groin. The infection seemed to clear up with ciprofloxacin, and I was fine for months. No urine tests detected anything unusual. Time passed, and months later I had a relapse; this time I had I had oral sex, and days later the epididymitis returned, although I'm not sure if it was again from masturbation or from the previous sexual contact. I went to the emergency room several times, and again I They prescribed ciprofloxacin again. The fever went away, but I've had testicular pain and swelling for two years now. As well as other symptoms such as erectile dysfunction, constipation, and more. I've been to a pelvic floor physiotherapist and haven't noticed much change. I'm doing the stretches for. from position 4.. But I haven't noticed too many changes either. Additionally, I was diagnosed with a herniated disc at L1; I don't know if that's related. I'm taking Lyrica for the pain, but this will only be a temporary fix and won't address the underlying problem. I'm absolutely desperate; I don't want to live like this.
