so long story short, the deed happened on April 21, and I took a pregnancy test on May 12 and the result is negative, and then to confirm it again i did took a pregnancy test again on May 14 and the result is also negative. i also got my period this May 06 and ended on May 11 total of 6 days of period. now what im worried about is if the pregnancy test is accurate? it's been 4 weeks and im worried because right now im currently experiencing nausea and almost vomiting. can someone help me??? please (btw the pregnancy test showed only one line, no faint line at all)

Problem/Goal:

Need advice/reassurance po kasi nag-ooverthink pa rin ako if regla ba talaga yung nangyari sakin or spotting/pregnancy-related bleeding.

Context:

Nagpost na po ako dito dati tungkol sa nangyari sakin lagay ko nlng po sa comsec ung part 1, nagpa-check up na rin po ako sa OB-GYN and sabi sakin wala naman daw signs of trauma, intact pa rin daw po hymen ko, and wala naman daw concerning findings. Ang advice nya sakin is dapat daw magka-regla ako within May 7–14, and kapag delay daw saka lang mag-PT.

Pero ang nangyari po is nagka-regla ako nung May 6, so napaaga siya. Kaya nag-overthink ako kung regla ba talaga yun or spotting lang.

Sa first day po medyo madami agad yung dugo, then sa day 2 medyo madami pa rin. Sa day 3 and 4 naman kumonti na. Ngayon halos wala na talaga. Ang pinaka-worry ko is 4 days lang siya tumagal kaya natatakot ako if normal ba yun.

Nag-search kasi ako sa internet and sabi minsan daw spotting can last days or even a week kaya lalo akong naguguluhan.

Nag-take rin po ako before ng Trust Pills for Yuzpe method kaya nabasa ko rin na possible daw maapektuhan yung cycle or duration ng regla after taking it. Ang kaso imbes na ma-delay, napaaga naman sakin.

My Advice Needed:

Based po sa experience or knowledge nyo, possible po bang normal lang yung 4-day period lalo na after mag-Yuzpe method? Mas mukha po ba siyang normal na regla kaysa spotting based sa flow/duration? Medyo kinakabahan pa rin po kasi ako and gusto ko lang po makarinig ng opinions/advice. (nga po pala ever since nagka regla po ako never po sumakit ung puson ko, at never po ako nagka-cramps hehe)

hi idk if this question is allowed to this subreddit but... i got my period and its only 4 days, is it spotting or is it normal? im literally overthinking right now because it's so confusing. and i actually took pills, my ob gyn said that i should get my period within may 7-14 but I got it earlier which is in may 6,so I'm really really nervous right now. i thought that when i got my period im not pregnant, but yeah im overthinking. Hi everyone, I’m really anxious and need advice. Something happened while I was very drunk, and I don’t clearly remember if there was any penetration, so I’m really unsure about what actually occurred. Because I was worried, I started taking Trust pills and went for a check-up 3 days later, and my OB-GYN said my hymen is still intact with no signs of trauma, which made me feel relieved. I also didn’t have any bleeding when I woke up, but I noticed a white substance on my underwear and I’m not sure if it’s just discharge or something like semen. I’m now overthinking and really stressed—can pregnancy still happen from pre-cum or semen in a situation like this? I just want to understand my risk better and calm myself down.

also I feel like vomiting right now, so I'm really really overthinking please help. idk what to dooo
