I am 2025 passout and this is my TCS hiring timeline:

• NQT Test - 26th March 2026

• Interview 9th May 2026

• Document Verification Mail 25th May 2026

• Offer letter - 29th May 2026.

I am selected for Ninja role. When can I expect joining? During HR round the HR said you'll get immediate joining as I am from 2025 batch. So should I expect early joining from TCS?

I have seen people here post about there joining dates and most of them are from outside Maharashtra. I am from Pune and I didn't see any post regarding TCS Pune joining. Is there anyone or someone you know has received a JL here in Pune?

Also I am keeping hopes because I have seen many people receive early joining and heard TCS is rolling out joinings early this time, is it real or just a specific batch is getting onboarded early?

Hey, I just appeared for TCS Ninja interview on 9th May. I cleared the technical round and during the HR round the HR said that "You are selected for Ninja role". Later she asked a few questions like relocation, random project allocation, etc. to which we all said YES. Then at the end I asked her about the onboarding/joining timeline. She asked me about my batch and as I am 2025 passout she said our joining will be immediate.

I know I cannot completely rely on TCS and I am still finding other opportunities. But from what I've read on reddit and also what HR said is it possible to get joining in 1-2 months if the previous batch is given priority?( I know it's kind of delusional to expect early joining from TCS but yeah I am just hoping 😭).

Also is there anyone or someone you know who has recently appeared for the interview and has received the JL?

Hey, I had my TCS interview today and during the document verification there was a name mismatch in the application form. The name in application form should be same as present in the aadhar card. My application form was missing the middle name whereas it was present in the aadhar card.

We were told that our application form will be deleted and we have to fill the form again and we will receive a new DT number and our interview will be scheduled again. We were sent home immediately.

Is there anyone who has faced the same problem? If yes how much time will it take for the rescheduled interview?
