We're on a well with hard water, and I've been putting off getting a water softener for a while. We've been dealing with the scale buildup, and to be honest, it is a pain in the butt to keep cleaning all the time.

For anyone else who also put off getting a softener, what made you finally decide to get one? Was it worth it in your opinion?

I recently created a GMB for my client and it's been stuck in processing for 2 weeks. Support never got back to me and we need this issue fixed asap.

I've lost 10 reviews of legitimate customers.

I contacted support and they re-instated them for me, and then 2 days later they disappeared again.

After contacting support and waiting 4 days for a response, they said they've already helped me with this issue.

Why are they doing this?
