Wisdom tooth pain but no nhs dentist

Getting quite bad pain especially when biting down coming from my wisdom tooth on the left side, making another tooth also hurt. I’m pretty sure it needs extracting but I’m not registered with an nhs dentist. What are my options?

My teeth are quite bad and I have swelling that won’t go down. Have an appointment for a cleaning soon but worried that my upper teeth might look too exposed after they go down. How bad will it be?
