Toddler sleep regression

Hi all! I have a 19 month old and an almost 4 month old.

Recently, my toddler has regressed a bit regarding sleep. For example:
\- She’s begun to refuse naps.
\- She wants either my husband or I to sit in her room until she falls asleep (anywhere from 30-45 min)
\- She’s waking up in the middle of the night, screaming for us, and stays awake 2+ hours.

Additionally, I’ve had to do solo bedtime with them and my toddler cries so hard that she eventually falls asleep next to me when I’m feeding the baby.

Any advice on how to make this transition for her easier? Or advice on how to manage her sleep/any 2 under 2 sleep advice?

I’m a bit of a sleep deprived zombie at this point so anything helps!

Help - 19 month old refusing nap and waking for hours at night

Hi all. Context - we have a 4 month old and 19 month old. We are currently in a regression for both but my issue is with my toddler.

She has always sucked at sleep but was successfully sleep trained for naps and bed time around 7 months with a few hiccups here and there. She is in a floor bed because she was taking her sleep sack off and attempting to climb out of crib.

Cue baby sister’s arrival and after 3 months, my toddler has realized she’s staying.

The toddlers schedule used to be:
Wake 630-7
Nap 11-2
Bedtime 7

Now, if I attempt to put her down for a nap she screams if I leave the room and will not go to sleep. This is making tending to my baby’s sleep needs almost impossible. During bedtime, either my husband or I have to sit in her room until she’s asleep. Then, at 1/2 in the morning, she wakes up panicked and comes to our room. I’d generally have no issue with cosleeping but she doesn’t immediately go to sleep and makes enough noise to wake the baby.

I’m so sleep deprived I can barely regulate my emotions. I’m just a zombie at this point. Please help.
