Hi if I get a new iPhone after a device ban and I make a brand new account with an email not linked to my banned account will I be good to use Snapchat?

Sometimes when I’m with my friends I just feel like their lives are so nice and they all got accepted to their colleges and are going away and I didn’t get accepted and I just feel so left out thinking about how at the end of the summer everyone’s moving away and starting a new life and I’m just still here living with my parents for a few more months. And then when I remind myself it’s ok because I’m transferring I question if I even wana transfer or not. I feel like I’m so fat even though deep down I know I’m not… I just feel like sometimes my friends get so much more attention from guys when we’re out and stuff and it just makes me feel so sad when I go home and see all my acne and dark circles under my eyes and im so short and my hair is so short and sometimes I feel so pretty but sometimes I hate myself
