Looking for online learners to participate in a UX research interview + incentive

Hi everyone!

I'm conducting a UX research project called “Learning Without Losing Momentum”, exploring how adult learners stay engaged with online courses and what happens when life, work, or other interruptions cause them to take a break.

I'm looking for people who:

• Are 18+
• Have taken an online course within the last 6–12 months
• Have experienced taking a break or losing momentum while learning
• Have used an online learning platform such as Udemy, Coursera, or another learning platform

The study involves a 30 minute remote interview about your experiences via Google meet. There are no right or wrong answers—I'm interested in understanding what actually happens when people try to maintain or regain momentum in online learning.

🎁 Selected participants who complete the interview will receive $10  as a thank-you for their time.

If you're interested, please complete this short screening form

I’ll review the responses and contact eligible participants to schedule an interview.

Thank you to everyone willing to share their experience!

Looking for Slack users for a 30-40 min UX research interview + incentive

Hi everyone! I’m conducting a UX research study exploring how people use Slack to stay on top of important workplace messages and notifications.

I’m looking for people who:

  • Currently use Slack regularly for work or professional collaboration
  • Use Slack several times a week or daily
  • Use Slack on mobile, desktop, or both
  • Have experienced issues with missing, delayed, disappearing, or difficult-to-track notifications/messages
  • Are comfortable sharing their experiences in a 30–40 minute remote interview

The interview will focus on your real experiences using Slack, including how you receive notifications, keep track of conversations, and handle important messages. There are no right or wrong answers.

🎁 Incentive: $15 for participants who complete the interview.

The interview will be conducted remotely via Google Meet, and I’ll ask for your permission before taking notes.

If you're interested, please complete this short screening form:

What usually causes you to stop an online course, and what helps you come back?

>

People love answering questions about themselves.

Then, if someone leaves a thoughtful comment, you can reply publicly:

This approach often feels more natural than asking for interviews immediately.

Looking for participants for a 5-minute usability test of my UX portfolio project

Hi everyone! I'm conducting usability testing for a mobile booking app prototype for my UX portfolio and would love your feedback. Each Maze study takes around 5–7 minutes to complete.

I'm especially interested in any points of confusion or areas that could be improved.
