Working in France
Has anyone here had a normal, efficient, non-toxic job in France? I’m about to get back into the workforce and I’m super hesitant.
My last 4 jobs here have been outrageous — more like a soap opera. I’ve worked next to a terrorist, guys getting wasted all day, a workshop nearly catching fire and almost blowing up because of some hot-shot young French engineer, fights, stealing, little to no health and safety. I think I could have died at least 4 times and survived on pure luck. Compared to my country of origin, I feel like I’m living in an upside-down world.
I could go on..
