Hi guys, I've been experimenting with an older technique I came across and honestly it's become my killer method, so I wanted to share and see if it works for anyone else.

The basics: you close your eyes and bring your attention to the "trikuti', the point between your eyebrows. Then you picture a thin beam of white light there, and you move it back through your head to the base of your skull, and then forward again. You trace that path over and over, a little faster each time, like a current of light running through you.

I get to the paralysis stage so damn fast, and combined with WBTB it's on another level. Waking up after a few hours, staying up briefly, then lying back down and running this light technique has given me several projections over the last two weeks. Sometimes I even manage it right at the start of the night before fully falling asleep. And when it doesn't lead to a full projection, it often turns into a lucid dream instead, so it feels like a win either way.

Really curious if anyone else gets similar results with this, or something close to it. Hope it helps some of you too.
