Looking for the GSEC Index PDF – GIAC Security Essentials

Hi everyone!

I have my GSEC exam scheduled for next week, and I’ve already created my own index. However, I’d like to review other people’s indexes as well to see if I’ve missed any important topics or keywords and to improve my search efficiency during the exam.

If anyone who has taken the GSEC exam is willing to share their index PDF, I would really appreciate it. Even reviewing another index could help me fine-tune mine before exam day.

Thanks in advance for your help, and good luck to everyone preparing for their certifications!

How can I estimate the facility fee before surgery to avoid surprise bills? Experienced People Help here.

I have a surgery coming up, and I’m trying to get a clear estimate of my total out-of-pocket cost before the procedure.

When I call the doctor’s office, they can give me an estimate for the surgeon/doctor’s fee, but they don’t seem to be able to tell me what the facility fee will be.

I’m concerned that I’ll get a separate facility/hospital bill after the surgery that I wasn’t expecting.

For anyone who has dealt with this before:

  • How did you find out the facility fee before surgery?
  • Were there any other separate fees (anesthesia, pathology, radiology, etc.) that surprised you?

I’m trying to get the full estimated cost beforehand so there are no surprises later.

Any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Need advice on How Can I Change Projects Internally at Infosys?

I’m looking for advice from people who have experience working at Infosys or similar IT services companies.

I’ve been working on the same project for around 6 years, mainly in software testing and production support. I’m now looking for better career growth and would like to transition into Mainframe.

My main question is: What is the best way to move from my current project to a different Mainframe project internally at Infosys?

For those who have successfully changed projects internally:

How does the internal project allocation/movement process work?

Should I first discuss it with my manager, HR, or the resource management/allocation team?

Which internal portal have Mainframe openings while still assigned to my current project?

How difficult is it to move from QA/testing into a Mainframe role internally?

Does being on the same project for 6 years help or hurt when requesting a release?

I’d especially appreciate advice from current or former Infosys employees who have gone through an internal project change or career transition.

What approach worked for you, and what should I avoid?
