Hello Everyone,

I gave my OA on 6th Sept (HYD CVR COLLEGE)
Gave Interview on 26th Sept(HYD KLH UNI)

I have been touch with some redditers from different location of India.. i have seen a similar problem which is "Submit Application" Button on the portal and "To be Scheduled" in network tab (from console)

I just want to gather people who are in same situation as me and i beg people who got offer letters who had experienced same thing as us please explain the timeline so that we dont have to worry about our situation.

I request everyone to share their interview experience, your portal and api status. Your comment to this post helps soo many people.

Is anyone here who appeared for the in-person OA, solved 2 or more questions, and is still waiting for the result with their status showing “Decision Pending”?

I’m trying to understand whether others are in the same situation.

How many questions did you solve?

How long has your status been showing “Decision Pending”?
Has anyone with the same status received an update or offer letter?

It’s difficult to figure out what’s happening when there’s no update. 😭

I got selected for the Digital Specialist Engineer (DSE) role via off-campus recruitment. My offer letter mentions a joining date of October 19th.

I may get selected for Infosys for the ₹3.6 LPA System Engineer role.

From what I understand, freshers have to undergo training at the Mysore training center before deployment.

My concern is that I don't really want to continue in the ₹3.6 LPA role long-term. I would prefer to move to a better role/package such as DSE/SP or another higher-paying technical role.

For people who have recently joined Infosys:

• Is there actually an opportunity to upgrade from the ₹3.6 LPA System Engineer role to DSE/SP or another higher role during the Mysore training itself?
• Are there any tests/assessments through which we can upgrade?
• Does this opportunity happen during training, after training, or only later after joining a project?
• How realistic is it to get such an upgrade?
• If there is no realistic upgrade opportunity, would it be better to use that time to prepare for other companies offering 5–10 LPA instead?

I don't mind joining Infosys as a backup, but I don't want to spend several months assuming there will be an upgrade if the chances are very low.

And moreover i need to move to Mysore,if we cant upgrade within training or just after training I would look for other available opportunities

Was thinking about stuff I need to carry, have few doubts

Can someone help me with this

- laptop bags they do give or we have to carry of our own ?

- wt about bedsheets or blankets, pillows pillow covers

- also how are washrooms there attached with rooms or in sharing

- some basic spices (salt n pepper), ghee, are these allowed there

- do I need to bring or buy any extra utensils for room

Anything else¿ which someone experienced has felt like a necessity being there and we should definitely bring .?

i haven't received any reporting time as of now, bt i was thinking to pre book the flights, nd the one am considering, i'll land mysore by 1pm, on sunday, will it be okay or not

I attended the Infosys off-campus interview for the SP/DSE role on 24 September 2026 in Pune.

I haven't received any update about my interview result or offer letter yet.

Is anyone who attended the interview on 24 September in Pune received a selection update, rejection email, or offer letter?

Does Infosys resolve onboarding service desk tickets on Saturdays and Sundays, or are tickets processed only on working days?

I have an urgent onboarding-related issue and need to get it resolved as soon as possible. If anyone has raised a ticket recently and received a response or resolution over the weekend, please share your experience.
