So I got selected for Infosys through campus placements last October, finally received my offer letter recently, and my joining is on 28th September at the Mysore campus for the SE role.

I'm honestly really happy because after waiting for so long, getting the OL feels like a huge relief. But at the same time, I'm overthinking everything now .

I had a few questions for people who are already in Infosys or have worked there:

1.Is the SE role actually good for starting a career?

2.Can I grow well from here or should I already be thinking about switching after a year or two?

3.How's the Mysore campus? Is it as good as people say?

4.Is the training really that hard? I've heard a lot of people fail the assessments. Should I start studying now? If yes, what should I focus on?

5.What's the work culture like, especially for freshers?

6.How common is benching? Is it something to worry about?

Any advice for a 22F joining Infosys for the first time? Things to do, things to avoid, hostel life, safety, making friends anything honestly.

Would love to hear your experiences, whether they're good or bad. Just trying to know what I'm walking into before joining.

Thanks! :)
