I haven't received any update about my interview result or offer letter yet.

Is anyone who attended the interview on 24 September in Pune received a selection update, rejection email, or offer letter?

Hi everyone,

I recently saw a 2027 batch document stating that:

>"Candidates not selected in Round 3 (Ace Team interview) will automatically be evaluated for the Cognizant GenC Next Programmer Analyst role (CTC: 6.75 LPA)..."

I wanted to know if this policy was also applicable to the 2026 ACE Team hiring, or if it has only been introduced for the 2027 batch.

Has anyone from the 2026 ACE hiring:

• Been rejected in the final interview and later received a GenC Next offer?
• Received any official communication about automatic consideration for GenC Next?
• Heard anything from your TPO or Cognizant HR regarding this?
