I recently came back to this game, and immediately got SS Kieran. I saw the new Towers, and got up to Ice Tower Floor 14 but have been struggling to get past 15.
The only Physical Attacker I have is N and Black Kyurem. I was wondering if it was possible to beat Floor 15 with what I have.
Answer: Basically I need to get my team to EX, and get their move levels higher. Thanks for your answers guys!
I can't find anyone who has recently, and was wondering if there was a permanent/unfixed problem.
I haven't been able to, so any advice would help, I've tried turning both the game and device on and off completely. I've tried connecting to a different internet (my phone hotspot), but maybe I should try more. I've also tried clearing cache.

I keep seeing people talk about Daily Trials, and how they're exclusive to people who've linked their Microsoft Accounts to the game.
Well, I can do Daily Trials, but haven't linked my account due to errors in the game. I can't access the Tower or Adventure Hub, which are also exclusive to games linked to a Microsoft Account.
What's the deal?
