Is this Red Sox team actually a playoff contender?
It feels like the Red Sox are finally starting to click. They’re far from a perfect team, but they’re playing much better baseball than they were a few weeks ago.
The next three games against the Mets feel like a big opportunity. If they can take that series, they’ll be in a great position heading into the All-Star break.
Looking ahead, the schedule is pretty favorable too. Outside of a tough series against the Rays, they’ve got the Blue Jays, A’s, and Orioles coming up. If they take care of business against the teams they should beat, this could turn into a really interesting second half.
Could this actually be a playoff team? A month ago I would’ve said no. Now, I’m not so sure.
Looking for someone with an A/C machine to help with my 2007 Ranger
Hey everyone,
I’m rebuilding the A/C system on my 2007 Ford Ranger 3.0L. I’m replacing the compressor, condenser, evaporator, receiver/drier, and orifice tube.
I already have manifold gauges and a vacuum pump, so I’m planning to do all of the mechanical work myself. The part I’m not confident about is the final evacuation and recharge. I’ve had bad luck with A/C work in the past, and I’d rather have someone with the proper recovery/recharge machine help make sure it’s done right.
I’m located in central Alabama. If there’s anyone nearby who’s an experienced mechanic or has access to an A/C machine and would be willing to help, I’d really appreciate it. I’m more than willing to pay for your time and lend a hand wherever I can during the process.
I’m not looking for free work—I just want to make sure I don’t ruin a brand-new A/C system by making a mistake on the final charge.
Thanks!
Looking for help doing A/C recharge after full system rebuild (2007 Ranger 3.0L) Birmingham, AL Area
I’m in the middle of rebuilding the A/C system on my 2007 Ford Ranger 3.0L. I’m replacing the compressor, condenser, evaporator, receiver/drier, and orifice tube.
I’m comfortable doing the mechanical work myself (already have manifold gauges and a vacuum pump), but I’ve had issues with A/C systems in the past and I don’t fully trust myself with the final recharge.
If there are any experienced techs or mechanically inclined folks in the area willing to help me?
I’m not trying to cut corners.I just want it done right so I don’t kill a new compressor.
I’m happy to pay for your time, or bring it to you if that’s easier.
Located in Birmingham, AL
Thanks in advance, any help or advice is appreciated.
