2024 Chevy Trax shifting from Reverse to Drive

Hey ! So recently I’ve been having the issue where when I shift from R to D or sometimes even D to P the vehicle almost sounds like it’s struggling really bad to shift down. It’s not as smooth as a ride as usual but I’ve taken it to 2 Chevrolet dealerships and they allowed say it’s “normal” just the car making normal noises almost like when you use your e-brake but very loud and rough. I saw a bulletin for the 25/26 version but is anyone having this issue ??? I have no idea what to even ask them to now check at the dealership.

Currently at 41k miles with no other issues !
RS & Automatic! Any comments would help :(
