Hello my fellow guitar search sufferers. After wading through guitar after guitar on the interwebs I’ve come to the conclusion there’s no decent classic flying V’s for sale in left handed.

Anyone got anything out there they may be looking to move on. Want a Gibson style classic V. Nothing too pointy and has to be symmetrical. Not too fussed on brand if it’s a neat piece and have a reasonable budget for the right unit ~ $3k AUD

If it’s in Australia even better! What’s out there?

I’m building a fixed base 747 simulator in my house out of mainly OEM pieces with the entire cockpit trim so it’ll be pretty enclosed.

I have a projection that I got with the Pit from its last owner but it’s slightly too wide for the room I’m using.

Could people give me the plus and negative of the tvs vs projection. I’m thinking of using 4 65” tvs to surround the cockpit two out front for each window and 1 either side - ill only be using it for scenery of course, or is it worth trying to get the triple projection system to fit by adapting or making a new frame. It’s currently 4m wide and 210 FOV horseshoe and I need to narrow it up by a 1m with some cutting and bending or just make a new frame from stock.

On a side note the projection could be for sale if someone is keen on it, and fixes my headache haha.

This might not be new but since the full release of SU5 I’ve been suffering from performance issues with lots of stutters, that I didn’t see in the beta,I’ve been messing around and found it to be just the nvidia frame gen, if you switch to AMD or lossless scaling it’s smooth as silk.

I’m now running Ultra preset, 4k, BeyondATC traffic injection in the ini a350 with customs airports and holding 45+ frames pretty much constantly, FG just boosting me up to 60 on my 60hz monitor.

I’m using 7800x3d, 4070ti super, 64gb ram.
