Thoughts, leave it alone or ?

Hey guys, just want your thoughts about condition of this watch and whether I should or shouldn't do anything with it. It's an R serial and the enamel on the dial is spidered/cracked, also bracelet has seen better days, but I prefer NATO's anyways. It's running a little fast approx 40 seconds a day.
