Was walking a dog after a thunderstorm and found weird sludge-like material in my yard, can anyone help me identify it? Thought it was hail but it's squishy (yes I washed my hands just incase)

So im not sure where else to post this but after a decent thunderstorm I was walking with my aunts dog and found this weird slime
So more details I thought it was hail that had fallen and broken but after touching it discovered piles of a white sludge-like material i didn't take pictures all the piles but did take one of a smaller one along with a sample from two others, it doesn't have a noticeable smell but I also didn't sniff it, cool to the touch and only in one particular spot, is it some weird weather phenomenon that I'm just not used to or maybe debris from maybe a plane. I haven't noticed any type of reaction from first contact and I'll be cleaning my hands after typing this but any help would be great. [This happened in texas if that helps any]

[TOMT]Can you all help me find this TV show?
So unfortunately I don't remember the year it came out or names but I remember it having a semi chaotic flow so it was a pretty random show and the main thing I remember was one character was a female blue crescent moon, one was a pug I think and I don't remember the rest but there's this scene where the moon was the sphinx and was asking a riddle to cross a body of water and after some dialog ate herself until she disappeared and then it just cut to the next scene any help would be amazing.

So i went down a rabbit hole and found something I can't find information on
So context: I was looking up pictures about Chinese SpongeBob (idk why) and I came across that subjection searches and one was about LGBT+ in SpongeBob so curious I clicked on it appreciate squidward is Bi and is opening simping for a character named Randy cheeks (have screenshot) if someone could fund a clip or find a way to debunke it I'm honestly just curious and really wanna know.
