What does it say about us?? I don't even know.

My 2019 Q Shiddy and my husband's 2024 RAM 2500.

I just got my car back on 7/24 (by bday) after being in the shop for over a month. It's such a pretty car!!! Aww!

And the RAM is patriot blue and gorgeous, IMO!

Wanting opinions

Hi - 43M in good health. First flare was Feb 2021. Had 3 that year and another 3 flares over the years since. I'm currently having a 7th flare, last one was about a year ago. I.e., flares are very random and intermittent. The pain has never been severe with any of them. Maybe a 3/10 at worst. Not bad at all. More annoying than anything.

Every flare had been different between the location and quality of the pain. Two flares before this caused an immense amount of fatigue and body aches BEFORE the pain begins. With this flare, the pain started Friday. With no change in diet and no antibiotics, it's already subsiding. The most confusing thing is the fatigue this week. I have woken up for work every day this week with the first thought in my mind being that I can't wait until I can get this stupid day over with and go back to bed. And had no clue why I was feeling so horrible until the pain started on Friday.

It's just such an odd presentation. It's not debilitating but it's very unpleasant. Pain is not worth talking about - so minimal. It's the generalized symptoms that are the worst. My house is dirty, dishes and laundry piling up and it's because I just feel so awful (which is somewhat subsiding now).

No doubt I could have surgery if I wanted. I'm really considering it because I don't want to end up requiring surgery due to a big perforation and have a colostomy. But guess I wanted advice. And any thoughts on how different each flare has been?

Many thanks.
