I'm gonna go to uni soon, what should I select?

Ok so, I am going to be a first year Mechanical engineering student soon (in like September) and I am SUPER excited, but also scared

And I was confused, which device should I take? I have a this laptop (4GB ram, 256 GB SSD, intel core i3, flagship ASUS model 7 year ago). It used to be able to convert into a tablet and everything, unfortunately the touch screen stopped, however it's still a powerhouse and can run stuff like graphic design software.

So, should I buy a tablet beside it? Like I was thinking of taking both my laptop, an HDD to store stuff, and a tablet too so that I can use it in my technical drawing course? I am lowk terrified because I'm going to be absolutely alone (no parent no friends) and I wanna be prepared for it

Arriving sooner or later

So, I have made the final decision to come and study here, and I am honest very excited but also nervous;

I wanted to know, besides landing in budapest and then traveling here, can I also land in Austria and then come here after I get my visa?

Hi guys! I am going to leave to study soon in the Faculty of Informatics at ELTE. I was wondering if you guys had any advice as an international student?

Like for example if there are supermarkets nearby or student activities, and if there are any rules I should know about (like if something is seen as offensive). I currently live in Saudi Arabia; however, I am not Saudi.

Thankfully I have plenty of advice from the r/StudyinHungary subreddit, however I am also interested in adapting to where I am going to be. I would greatly appreciate being informed about any rules (or unwritten rules) about society over there which I may not know about.

Of course, I will definitely start working on my Magyar knowledge to get around town, but any advice which would make my life easier as an international student is welcome! Right now, I am 18 years old and planning to leave for Szombathely at the end of august to pursue Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.

Hey guys! I just bought these two bougainvillea plants, recently

I'm thinking of transferring them to a pot a size big, and putting them in the sun (we get a lot). Besides that, what else should I do? Are these considered young bougainvillea, and how fast do these grow?

This is like my first official outdoor plant purchase using MY money as an 18 year old, however I'm leaving for college in like 4 months so I'm a bit scared I might not see them bloom in this short span. Any tips will be HELLA appreciated!

Hey guys, so I applined to the University of Debrecen! I was looking at apartments near the university, and was looking if anyone would be willing to share?

So, I applied into BSc of Mechanical engineering, which is pretty cool. I am sure I may get accepted, and I was looking at apartments near the university since I am not interested in dorms, and they were a little pricey for me at least.

I was wondering if anyone has also applied to this university, and if anyone would be willing to be roomates? I will start studying in like September over there. I also got accepted into ELTE, but I am really skeptical about the location being in Szombathely and if I would be able to fare in a less-international city
