Why is my bread color so uneven ?

Hi it's the first time I've made baguette and I'm really confused at why did my crust turned out so grey on top but so nicely golden on the bottom

I've covered it all night with cling film on a 6°c fridge

Heated the oven to 250°, but the bread on the middle rack with ice cubes on the lower rack ?

I don't have a baguette dish so I used a slightly greased parchment paper to bake the bread on !

(Also why is the left one so much darker than the white one?? Is that because my oven sucks ?)

Hi!

I'm hesitating between these two LED strips from the same brand to light a 35m² room, will be using the 30m version of each.

I've checked in with the Support Staff and both have a density of 90leds/meter !

However, I do not know which one will be best for the use we'll make of them, we are planning on using them to light up our living room and kitchen (one big room) and we have real overhead for cooking and activities that require precision but we'd like to have enough light for the room to feel comfortable during dinners and casual settings!
