Driver is getting better as far as keeping it in play but cannot get more than 200-215 out of it. I know I stand up near impact that looks horrible but what else could be done better (all of it) but maybe some simple tips? Sorry weird angle

Bought this like new elyte hybrid …. Have purchased from the in the past and always been pleased. Would you take this as like new
