Bad root canal?

Hi there for the past 7 months now I have been struggling either extreme bodily inflammation and face swelling after two root canals. It feels like my body is shutting down and like I’m gonna die but I’ve been to the hospital 7 times now and they keep saying I’m fine.
It started with wheezing then I woke up with extremely bad tooth pain then the two root canals then I lost 20 pounds, stiff neck, terrible back pain, joint pain, loss of bladder control. and have a vein I can literally feel in my eyelid. Also have to pee every 20 mins and have sharp headaches and waves in my vision. And now have a weird rash on my chin. And skin is extremely dry. I extracted the two root canal teeth and nothing has been fixed. Ive seen a gi and rheumatologist and have had multiple ct scans and bloodwork and everyone keeps saying im fine. The rheumatologist said it is a mild sign of vasculitis but doesn’t know where the infection is coming from. And didn’t give me any pills or medication
Have no ideas what could be causing this but my guesses are vasculitis, h pylori, or something worse
