Gilbert syndrome

Hello. I am a female, 22 years old, 175 cm and 77 kg. I also smoke. Since I was 17 I was diagnosed with Gilbert Syndrome but back then my direct bilirubin was elevated. Now when I had bloodwork my direct bilirubin was borderline normal and indirect in range. But my doctor told me that it looks like Gilbert because the indirect one was higher than the direct one. I don’t understand this. How was it higher if it was in range. I am scared that it is something else.

Hello. A week ago I went to the emergency room cause of a panick attack and they did an ABG. I just now saw that I have increased fetal hemoglobin. I read that it is and indicator of cancer and now I am petrified. Mine was 1.8. I saw an article that stated that values up to 2% are ok. Please, I need some advice. From what I know I don’t have blood diseases
