Just wondering if it’s technically Rude to win the final against Casper...

I know Sinner is just doing his job, but Casper has fought so hard to get here. At what point does clinical excellence just become plain Rude?

Or is it a sin, hence he's a Sinner?

Hey all - trying to figure out if this is normal or if something’s off here. My account got restricted after a $1,000 deposit (Bank of America), which cleared my bank on April 27. I sent them the bank statement showing everything.

What’s confusing is the support responses:

  • One agent + a supervisor told me the review should be done by May 1.
  • Then another agent pushed it to May 5 with no real explanation.
  • At one point they even asked about a Chime statement, which makes zero sense because I don’t use Chime at all - only BOA.
  • After I pointed that out, they apologized and said the previous email was "inaccurate information" and didn't apply to me.

So right now I’m stuck waiting while my account is locked, but it’s clear they aren't even looking at the right documents. How can they justify holding my funds for "verification" when they can't even get the name of my bank right?

It feels like they are just using copy-paste excuses to stall while they sit on my money. Has anyone else caught them being this sloppy with your personal data? Is this level of incompetence standard for their "compliance" team, or am I just being jerked around?
