Who should be responsible for the Quitclaim, AITAH

My father‘s will left my brother and I with equal shares of a house and a lake cabin. I no longer live in the US. My brother lives in the family home at this time one of his kids. I told him that as long as he keeps it in good condition, I was not worried about it we would settle it out at the eventual resale price of the family home,

The lake cabin actually has a higher value right now. Since I live outside the United States, I have no interest in the lake cabin. However, my nephews and niece would like to keep it in the family so I told him as long as he paid for the taxes I would be happy to let them have the property.

However, I’m getting older and I am worried about the lake cabin going into probate if I die without a Will. My brother has much more of a disposable income than I do, but not a whole lot of time to be dealing with lawyers.

Recently, my niece sent me an online form. That was only good if you were actually living in the continental United States. I found another website online that was free, but it necessitates someone to input a lot more time and information about the property.

I am retired, but I think that my niece and nephews who are in their 20s and 30s should be able to fill out the forms and send it back to me. I don’t think that I should be the one who has to deal with sorting this all out.

Kitchen Nightmares repetitive plots

I’ve only recently started watching Kitchen Nightmares with Gordon Ramsay and everyone I’ve seen has the same plot where the owner/chef is completely stubborn. It’s getting to be boring. Have I just been unlucky or is this all there is?

Nancy Silverton personal style.

I am watching Flavortown Food Fight, and I just have to say Nancy Silverton has such a fun fashion sense. I love her little barrettes and the wild combination of colors and patterns! The only person I love more is Marcus Samuelson.
