Can’t seem to find a reliable source on sargassum reports. Going to Duck Key / marathon next week and wanted an update on the latest sargassum reports or forecast. Is there a bad smell outside there currently at Hawks Cay?
I’ve gotten these rashes on my arms multiple times a week for years. I have no idea what triggers it.
I have Hashimoto with high TPO antibodies, but the rest of the thyroid levels are normal without meds. I take LDN and I don’t have any dietary restrictions. I also have the MTHFR gene.
What can I do?
What is it and what could the root cause be? The dermatologist only gives me steroid cream. I am looking to find the root cause and address it instead of just putting steroids on it. I have no real allergies. I don’t notice it after eating certain foods so not sure if it’s food, showers, sun or what. I use mostly non toxic products. -Photo in comments
Staying in key largo and want to make it out to some beautiful water like alligator reef. Is this a good idea with 4 kids from ages 1-7? Or is there a sandbar that would be better for kids? Please suggest charters/guides that would do either one.
