So my ex cheated on me 4 weeks before I gave birth. So here I am with a 3 week old and a 4 year old by myself and bedtime every night is like a fever dream. Anything goes. Nothing goes. All routines gone. I'm exhausted. 4 yo exhausted. Newborn giving me a 1 star review. How in god's name can I deal with my baby hanging off my boobs constantly and getting my other daughter clean and to sleep at a decent time? Any hacks or ideas from people who've been there? Or is it a case of muddling through?
