TSB players are absolute losers.

Recently I made a post, (which I now deleted due to being unable to view a few threads for some reason), I made quite valid criticisms against TSB, resulting in quite a bit of backlash, including people saying that I was being hypocritical for only criticizing TSB (despite that being the entire point of the post), but was mostly just people, including mods, WHINING about how my criticism is just hate and false. Which it isn’t. I’ve been playing this game since garou EA, and I likely will still continue to play every now and then, yet it becomes difficult when the entire community is filled with whinny little babies who can’t handle criticism, while also being excessively toxic in most cases.

Seriously, you guys need to grow the fuck up and learn to accept criticism and form your own opinions, rather than just taking it personally and throwing a temper tantrum. It’s bizarre that it even needs to be said that criticism against a game, ISNT a personal attack against you. And if you DID take offense to my criticism, all that means is that it DOES apply to you. And you ARE a part of the problem.

TSB sucks.

Right now TSB has 100k less players than JJS, which is fine, as long as your having it doesn’t really matter. But that lead me to wonder, why does tsb have such a lower player count?

So I played for a little bit and realized that it’s a combination of the fact that the game barely gets updated, the community, quality of updates, and quality of gameplay. Firstly, the latest actual update gave zombie man the ability to revive himself and added a burst system, which isn’t that much for being almost a month after its last update. It also reverted the map. And the update before this one took 8 WHOLE MONTHS to release for an about 10 whole moves, a few variants, a skill builder and map update, and a handful of bug fixes and emotes. For being an 8 month long wait, this is NOT a lot of content at all. Then you compare to jjs, in a single month wait time, a character rework, a ult finished, AND AN ENTIRE CHARACTER RELEASE. That’s 12 moves, a base ultimate move, AND 2 r specials, plus all the emotes, bug fixes, and balance changes, AND skill builder things. All in a single month wait. It’s INSANE how JJS managed to pack MORE into its update with a shorter wait time. Then there is the community. Tsb has one of the absolute SHITTIEST communities I have ever seen. Every time I played, 99% of the players were toxic, overbearing sweats. “Oh, but, that’s just recently!” I hear you cry, but it’s not. I’ve been apart of the community since Garou was EA. And it was a lot less toxic then, but once Sonic got added, it has been how it currently is, ever since, it’s not that new of a development. Meanwhile jjs usually has a community that is very kind and generous, with very polarized toxic players, who are 75% of the time just tsb players who came to jjs during the lack of update period. Stacking all of that on a shitty and clunky gameplay system that rewards the person who is already winning and rewards them more for being passive when not in combo, it just makes everything worse

So, all in all, I’d say these combine in any new players feeling like they shouldn’t try to play the game considering the fact that so much of the player base are toxic sweats, they literally push away new players which is creating a siphon effect that’s draining tsb of new players and making old players who left to try out jjs not want to return. And it’s sad.
