Connected, but Not Connected?

After resetting my pc (with Keep files), The "Get Help" said that it didn't find any problem with my network, but on my settings it says "Not connected", same on the Network & internet.

Mind you that my Discord, Youtube, Twitch, etc, were working perfectly fine. But, when I go to Facebook, Instagram, I don't have internet connection. I also played VALORANT on a 3ms Ping with no issue whatsoever, It just kept on telling me that I am not connected on any network and Facebook and Instagram

Things that I already did that did not work

• Plug and Unplug of Ethernet

• Administrstor Command Prompt

• Update Driver (From the Internet & Local files [Choosing my own])
