I am on day 19 of the starter dose--the 1.5mg pill. No noticeable side effects, food noise reduction, appetite suppression, anything until 4 days ago. Now I’m on day four of severe, call-into-work levels of stomach pain and nausea.
Any similar experiences? Advice? When does it go away? (I have a vacation in 6 days, so I'm desperate here!)

Hello! In need of some advice here. I am looking for good walking/casual running shoes. I mostly walk on my walking pad at work, with some casual, outdoor 1-2 mile runs thrown in. I have spent much of the last 2 months trying on shoes at Dick's! Some that I've purchased but hurt after the 2 mile (walking) mark:
- Hoka Bondi 9
- New Balance 530
- Brooks Ghost Max 2
- Brooks Glycerin 23
- ON Cloudrunner 9
I remember having a pair of Asics Novablast 2 or 3 a while back, and they worked for me. Is the Novabalst 5 comparable?
