If you’re here right now please do not mess around when the weather starts to deteriorate today. If you haven’t already, make sure you have potable water and cooking gas and that you’ve secured anything that might go flying off your patio.
Once the wind starts kicking up they will likely cut the power off on purpose (sometime this evening/tonight) because they don’t want the lines to be live if they fall and break, so charge your batteries too.
Also, they are suspending garbage pickup today so please keep that secured where you are - we don’t need any more trash to find its way to the ocean.
