Been back at it for just over 2 months now with a goal of dropping to around 15% body fat. Currently sitting at 170 lbs.
I've been doing a lot of research on Reta and have seriously been considering adding it as a tool to help with fat loss. From what I've read, starting at a lower dose like 0.5mg seems to be the common recommendation.
My main goal is body recomposition — I've already built a decent base and want to hold onto my muscle and strength while specifically targeting fat. I'm not too hung up on the scale number, more focused on body composition.
Current setup:
- ~1,600 cal/day, 155g protein
- Daily incline treadmill walks — 15 mins on training days, 35 mins on rest days
I've attached a front photo for reference. Would love to hear from anyone who's used Reta in a similar context, or whether you think my current approach is already enough to hit that goal without it.
