I barely bumped my knee. Two days later I have a massive painless bruise on my knee. I may not notice gradual changes, there is no missing a massive bruise that clearly shows the estradiol has had a huge effect on my skin. It looks terrible, I hope it heals up before mini skirt season ends.
I had surgery a few months ago. To help the swelling I had a steroid dose packs each month the first two months, injected steroids this morning, and a few more injections scheduled. I was raised to be a doormat, so I find it incredibly freeing.
