Clog in a weird spot

My clog is not a regular melted clog it is an actual piece of filament that is snapped off just past the gears that feed towards the hot end but before the actual hot end. You can see from the pictures both ends I tried pulling it out but it broke off and I can't push it through either way it's in there tight are there any drill bits I can use without cutting up the plastic sides I don't want to heat anything up and try to push it through cuz I'll just melt the plastic around the filament

Clog in weird spot don't know how to fix

My clog is just past the gears in the plastic hole / channel that leads to the hot end. It would not pull out and eventually snapped off.I also tried pushing it out with a small Allen head from both ends and that didn't work it's stuck hard. you can see the end of the filament there's probably a quarter inch of it in there. you'll get a better idea of what I'm talking about by looking at all the pictures. The printer is a ellegoo centaury carbon.

Upflush macerating toilet basement septic clean out hook up ?

Would it be that safe to hook up a up flush Macerating toilet to this one and a half inch end cap that is connected to my cleanout ? The clean out line has a p-trap connected to it also. I don't know the reason why it's even there. It is cut off at the ceiling and it doesn't go to anything. There is no hole in the basement floor for it to have gone to an old sink or drain.
