i was hearing a specific person i know is no longer alive speak to me (she speaks to me a lot) and it was really bad today so i thought i'd record it and listen back on the video to know it was just in my head but i can hear her say "i can hear you thinking" in the video and now i'm thinking it's maybe not schizophrenia

been hearing and seeing the person for over 10 years but it's never been in so bad episodes that i've had the time to use videoing to disprove it.. i'd heard it helps so as today the voices were loud i decided to test it out and now i don't know what to think or feel

sorry if the post is kind of an overlap between mental health and paranormal but i just wanted to hear some thoughts on this
