[Product Request] Dry spots and breakouts that just will NOT budge

small note: one of the photos is my bare chest. I'm a 19 y/o man. 🤞🏻‼️

Both for the dryness and acne, I haven't been able to get anything to budge. My back, shoulders, and arms have cleared up a bit with a benzyl peroxide cleanser, but spots and whatnot still persist. The stuff that bugs me more are my facial breakouts. I barely break out on my face, so this is new. I'm thinking it is stress related (this flared up during my semester, and taking 12 credits and working part time gave me little to no free time—i only just finished everything last week.)

Current routine is as follows:

Oilology deep clean facial cleansing oil (1-2 times a day)

CeraVe SA cleanser

Humane cleanser, 10% benzoyl peroxide (this is used on my face maybe 1-3 times a week, and is every other day or daily on my body for my worse breakouts. I don't really get all that dry on my body, just my face)

Clear beauty vitamin c and collagen serum

Then CeraVe moisturizing cream.

For my body, it gets essentially the same treatment outside of the oil cleanser, and the serum is replaced by ordinary SA body serum and glycolic acid toner, then moisturizer. I'm careful with my hair products, always do my hair and condition first before I wash my body so the conditioner doesn't make my breakouts worse.

Some of it—i will be clear about—is definitely because I have a tendency to touch my face a lot, as well as pick. I don't pick at my face as much as I do with my chest and arms, but those breakouts are consistent. I'm unsure if my hyperthyroidism is impacting my breakouts, especially combined with stress and whatnot :'), though the dryness has been a pain in the ass. I'm not entirely sure what to do, or if this might be a "go to a dermatologist" situation.

No comments on scars or anything would be appreciated :), I know they are there. Only making a note because people have a tendency to talk about them from what I've seen. Some are relatively old and I'm in a better mental state now for those who may be concerned <3.

Currently trying to dig for a decent device for myself for when I finally get around to upgrading. I've had a Google pixel 6a for the last ~2 years and its battery life is absolutely abysmal. Granted, I usually have my headphones connected, but even without those connected, it doesn't last very long. Generally kind of old, too.

I'm mostly looking for something with a rather decent camera and actually lasts a decent amount of time so I don't have to carry around a portable charger with me if I want to be out of the house for more than 2 hours. I don't use my phone very much in terms of active use. I mostly just have it for messaging (messages and discord) and music. That's pretty much it (I don't use other socials). I just generally like taking pictures + I sometimes do product photography for my job, so having a good camera will be very useful there.

Buying in the U.S and most likely going to go for refurbished since it's cheaper... ideally, I want to spend ~$300max, but anything around that is alright, higher or lower.

Headphone jack isn't necessary, I use Bluetooth, generally good audio quality in terms of speakers would be nice, but as said, priorities are a rather decent camera and a decently lasting battery life. Help is appreciated:).
