Hi everyone,

I’ll be joining JPMorgan Chase as a Software Engineer II and wanted to understand the ground reality from people already working there.

I have a few questions:

- How is the work culture (team-wise, pressure, expectations)?
- They mentioned a 3-month probation period — is it generally easy to clear if performance is decent?
- Any tips to successfully clear the probation period?
- What are the usual shift timings?
- If it’s general shift, what does a typical day look like (start time, end time, when do you usually reach home)?
Location - Hyderabad

Would really appreciate honest experiences, especially from people currently working at JPMC.

Thanks in advance 🙏

I have multiple offers and need honest opinions from people who have actually worked in these companies 👇

Offers (Fixed CTC):
- Accenture – 15.5 LPA
- Deloitte – 15.5 LPA
- EY – 15.5 LPA
- JPMorgan Chase – 25 LPA

Role: Java Full Stack Engineer (~4 YOE)

I know most people will say JPMC because of the salary, but I’m trying to understand beyond just money.

I’m specifically looking for insights on:
- Long-term growth (skills + career)
- Work-life balance
- Stability
- Type of work (real development vs support)
- Internal mobility / switching teams

If you’ve worked in any of these (especially more than one), please share your real experience — good or bad.

Also, how much does team/project matter vs company brand?

Thanks in advance 🙏
