6.5 month old will NOT nap more than once per day? Advice needed!

Our 6.5 month old EBF baby previously had a lot of trouble sleeping through the night, but with some sleep training he now sleeps pretty well overnight.
Sleep 7:15, wakes 1-2 times for night feeds, occasional night time wake ups but totals about 10-10.5 hours actual night sleep.

Since he started sleeping better at night, for the past one week we can't get him to take a second nap.

Did 2.5/2.5/3 previously but he would consistently refuse the 3rd nap, so we switched to 2 naps a week ago. He will nap 30mins from 9:30-10, wake up, and won't go back to sleep unless held. We contact up until 1.5 hours total nap, he is up by 11:30.
Then we have tried 2:30, 3, 3:30, 4 - but he will not sleep even with contact and blackout curtains and Hatch on! He has been awake for 7 hours straight multiple times now in the past week, and I don't know what to do. FWIW he seems perfectly happy and content and playful during those entire 7 hours.

When we moved in 2 years ago, inspection showed this drier duct disconnected, and an HVAC company “repaired” the disconnected duct.
It looks like they just taped it with flexfix, and now it is disconnected again.

This is down in the crawl space which is very tight and difficult to maneuver in. I’m basically laying down in there. What can i do to re attach this straight rigid duct to the elbow. The “crimped” one leads outside to the exhaust vent.
