Leg day food question for beginner

Im sorry if this is a stupid question, but is it normal to be uncontrollably hungry after leg day workouts?

Im 5’2, F 32y/o and 113lbs and started working out 5-6days a week and it’s been about 6weeks.

I usually stick to 1200-1500calories daily and have had no problem with self control for the past 9months and thats how i went from my highest weight 195lbs to now 113lbs.

Breakfast:

-coffee+ packet of stevia+ 80ml fat free milk

-fairlife 30g protein shake + another one before i start my workout + one after my workout

I also do 1hour elliptical before i start my weight lifting on level 7 and incline 100 (don’t know if its a general info)

Im still full of energy after this every day i come back and can carry on with life.

However today, after my workout, i was a walking dead person when i got back home. I sat on my porch furniture before i could drag myself in the house.

Dinner:

-Homemade chicken fried sandwich (the frozen tyson ones) with keto bread and a big plate of steamed veggies and 2 egg whites

And 2handful of nuts throughout the day

Then i just laid in bed from 5pm-7pm and couldn’t even roll around from the soreness (never happened before on my previous leg days) again i had to drag myself downstairs and sat on the couch while sounding like an old bus with engine issues.

At around 8pm, it’s like my brain wasn’t even mine. I made a gigantic plate of salad with half an apple and a kiwi+ 2pieces of keto toast (one with 1egg and cottage cheese and the other with a tuna packet) and washed it down with a fiberone brownie and 1 zero sugar reeses cup.

At this point i didn’t even cared about the calories but just estimating based on general calories, i consumed 2300 calories today but i can finally move and the soreness has gotten bearable.

Now after the post-hunger clarity has kicked in, im sitting here in regret and disappointment that i ruined a good workout day and feel like i went through the entire push through for nothing and all my burnt calories have been wiped out.

BEAST for dinner 560cal

I absolutely love fried chicken sandwich!

I get the tyson patties which on the package says each 200cal. I toss it with the frozen veggies in the oven for 30min till they get crispy and then i squish the patty between a paper towel to get the excess oil out.

I don’t add any seasoning to the veggies cause i eat them with the pickled beets.

I like my sandwich with a different sauce but im content with using a zero added sugar ketchup instead.

Note: there was way more baby corns, i ate like 6 before taking the picture…

I got a big wakeup call, like a slap in the face when i weighed 195lbs at my doctors office and the test results came back with being prediabetic. I started fixing up my diet and movement the second I got back home. Its been 9months since that day and few weeks ago, my blood test results showed im right in middle of a normal blood sugar range.
