Hello all, I’m HSP and I’m pretty sure my son is as well. Which means I’m super well-qualified to help him, right? Wrong! Sometimes I forget what it was like to be a kid and have too much of the world coming at me.

So, how do you wish the grown-ups around you had been able to help you? What would you tell your child self now?
