When I connect my headphones (Razer Barracuda X 2.4) to my Windows laptop, the audio is extremely soft, even when at 100. This doesn't seem to be a hardware issue, since when I record audio using OBS Recorder or any other screen recorder, the volume of that video is also extremely soft, whereas if I just use my laptop speakers and record, the volume is back to normal.

I've tried a lot of things, such as Volume Mixer at 100, disabling audio enhancements, turning on and off loudness equalization, all volume levels for the headphones are at 100, checked that all my drivers are updated, turning the wheel on my headphones to the max. None of these have helped at all :(

Please help! I'm going insane not being able to hear anything through my headphones...
