What kind of cars are people driving here?

I’m moving to Cheyenne soon and drive a little car that’s FWD (Honda fit) and heard that the winters are harsh and wind is bad. My Honda fit has a hard time with gust on the high way and wondering if I should consider getting a new car? I have dedicated winter tires for this car since I have to deal with Wisconsin winters and curious if the wind/winter would make it hard to travel to and from work.

Is a Roth IRA even worth it in my situation?

For context, I just received a job offer where they match 50% of what I put in up until $25,000k. I’d be making around $90k so I know that I won’t be able to fully maximize the company’s matching policy. If they are matching that much in my Roth 401k, is there a benefit of me contributing to an Roth IRA? TYIA.
