Extreme budget upgrade path for an old extreme budget build? (i5-6500, 1050ti, 16gb ddr4 ram, asus lga1151 mb) *I know its not practical at all, but please help*

Long story short I was saving up for a while and going to use taxes money to buy a 5080 microcenter prebuilt on tuesday, however after getting an oil change and car checkup Monday before the trip to microcenter, but my oil had metal shavings in it so if you know anything about cars, I now need to buy a NEW CAR YAY! So the computer upgrade plan has changed from "future proof system" to "how can I upgrade my current shit pc for like 150-200 dollars to just be able to have a better experience right now with my current build." I am aware that this is a very tall task and that OF COURSE I could get a much better build even like 3-5x better if I just spend like 500+ but its not in the cards sadly.

I asked chatgpt and it suggested an i7-7700 for like 60-90ish used (which doesnt seem too bad of a shout) and some gpu I forgot.

Was wondering if the incredible minds here at buildapc can help a brother out with better non Ai suggestions!!

*Please dont suggest things like "just buy a am5 motherboard and upgrade" or "dont bother upgrading" I am specifically looking for ANYTHING that would be an upgrade currently for my build, even if its not "cost effective" as long as its under 200ish* I can burn this 200, I just cant afford 500+ right now until I get my car finance situation sorted.

Right now I play a lot of football manager 24, so very cpu intensive so I know ANY upgrade to the processor will be helpful, but also looking for a used gpu that would be good!
