For context I’m a 28 year old Active male.
I’m fairly stress free, Ive been going to the gym Monday through Friday for the past 5 years (Mainly Cardio/ Ab workouts) & no real weight lifting..

Ever since last summer/fall I’ve felt off, I have no motivation to workout or really do anything at this point. I quit smoking weed 6-8 months ago thinking that was a variable but it proved not to be. I had a full panel blood test done at the VA and it came back good and everything was within normal ranges but they didn’t test my testosterone.

On Monday I got my own testosterone test done at a local BioReference lab and these were my results.

I’m not depressed but it feels like my body isn’t keeping up any more and I’m at lowest motivation I’ve every been. My sleep is fine but I’ve had the worst time waking up for the past 8 months, constantly sleeping through a hour of alarms and feeling groggy everyday. I’ve been just wanting to feel normal again and feel motivated

I make good money, stress hasn’t been high and my workload is so far the easiest in my career for the past few years. So now I’m starting to think my testosterone is low for me age being at 355*.

I just got off a virtual phone call with a PCP and she believes it’s anxiety but I assured her I don’t have anxiety or any other mental health related symptoms.
