You make the standard Cheddar Bay biscuit recipe, but add an additional half cup of cubed chunks of cheddar.

It was last Tuesday when Millie had a ruptured cyst and a second cyst removed from her side. It left her with about 8-10 inches of stitches, but she's doing great! She has not had to wear the cone of shame or a shirt for the last week.

She's almost totally back to her normal self as you can see by the bed she made herself out of my pillows. She celebrated her 12th birthday on the 4th with a nice bully stick.

The vet called yesterday with lab results. The removed cysts were not cancer, yay!

One of the cysts on her side ruptured last week and isn't healing. The vet recommended surgery, so that's happening today. Hope to hear an update soon.

She's a senior beagle now (almost 12) and has several cysts/lumps on her back. The vet isn't concerned about them. I'd like to have them removed, but it's very expensive, and she would have to go under for over 2 hours and then a long recovery. Probably not worth the health risks if they're not cancerous.
